I found a red oblong pill..it has 8 HOUR written on it. No other writing.

This is a Tylenol 8 Hour tablet, it contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen in a time released formulation, it is most often taken to help control mild to moderate arthritis pain. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness and headache.
