Qualitest Generic For Soma

If you are such a large pharmaceutical company, how could it be possible that no pharmacy, in all of Tulare County, Ca. has any Carisoprodol, 350 mg, which is a Qualitest generic for Soma, in stock whatsoever? Their same reply to me continues to be, "They're on back order & we don't know when we'll get them in."
I have been taking Soma only when needed since the 80's & have now been without them for well over a month!! When I am having one of my excruciating muscle spasms, these have always been the only pills that work but since being without them I am left to my last resort of taking pain pills which are not meant to relax muscles, so I have to take a double dose, which knocks me out & is the only way to stop the spasms without my usual Soma! Any info or suggestions are greatly appreciated

I'm going to take a soma right now after reading your letter. I could care less what manufacturer it came from. Quick let me look, why its SUN White Round 448. Do you think it is not going to work? It will work just fine!

Well Eddy, since I can clearly see that you didn't even read my question otherwise your answer might've been more helpful & a lot less sarcastic! I myself could care less who the manufacturer is of any Soma, if I could only find some!
My simple question was how could all pharmacies, in Tulare county, be completely out & are back ordered on Soma!!
So Thanks again Eddy for all of your intelligent input! Next time, keep it to yourself!

I live in California too. I highly doubt that Soma, any brand, is not available in Tulare or Fresno or Visalia or Exeter, or any other city near you. By the way why didn't you say Watson who holds the patent on the name brand? It sounded like you must have your Qualitest only

Also a double dose of pain pills is a sick thought. Pain medicine is horrible and causes constipation and dependency. Soma does not?

well Eddy, first of all, I don't walk into any pharmacy anywhere asking for my Rx to be filled only by brand names, hence the reason for me not requesting the Watson brand. I only bring my Dr's Rx for 60 Soma 350mg, taken BID, which FYI Mr Judgmental, will usually last me close to 60 days as well as my Rx for 1mg Xanax of 90 pills, to be taken once a day & I've been taking those since '89 and have never had any problems with constipation! Oh, the 90 pills always last me over a year! So don't you worry your pretty lil head as I will have my Soma, made by whomever, delivered to my door! May I say that the only constipation you should be concerned with is your own & I'm sure you will be hearing that loud popping sound very soon, it will be the sound of your head finally popping out of your ass. Thank you again for all your help!

When I go to the Doctor I just say I would like a refill of my Soma, knowing it will be generic as the Insurance company wouldn't want to pay for the brand name.
