In regards to posts such as this, there actually isn't enough information here to confirm whether or not the capsule in question was Propranolol.

There is a Propranolol capsule that resembles this, but without knowing the markings on the one this person had, there's no way to be certain.

Thus, if you want something identified, please include all markings that are on the capsules or tablets and someone will gladly check for you.
