I can't provide any specifics about the tablet that was asked about, since no details were provided on the markings.

However, just to add some updated information to this post, any and all medications that contained Propoxyphene or its relatives have now been pulled from the U.S. market due to extreme safety concerns over the cardiac dangers they were found to cause in some people.

Unfortunately, though being a very mild narcotic, it did work very well for some people, who have now been left in the lurch and aren't sure what will help their pain.
