APAP is just medical speak for Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene is a very mild narcotic analgesic, this is a generic for Darvocet.

Since this is a narcotic, it does have addictive potential.

Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
