This would be Propoxyphene with Acetaminophen, a generic for Darvocet.

This is a very mild narcotic pain reliever and yes, if you are allergic to either one of the ingredients, that can happen.

Have you consulted your doctor about this, yet?

Side effects can include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
