Hello, Joanne! How are you?
The Prednisone may slightly reduce the efficacy of the Colchicine. But that's the only interaction I've found listed.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of Colchicine as possibly including diarrhea, nausea, cramping and abdominal pain.
Is there anything else I can help with?
