Prednisolone 25mg

I have just finished a coarse of prednisolone 35mg for my osteo if pain returns is it safe to resume another coarse as before?

Prednisolone is a steroid class medication, so there is a risk of it causing some dangerous side effects, such as fluid retention or congestive heart failure, thus it would not be a good idea to take more of it, unless your doctor approves.

Thanks for the advise,shame though,cause while on it I was pain free and felt myself again,now I am once again in pain till my surgeon appt in August,just thought I might be able to ease the pain till then. Many thanks for your advise.Joyce.
