Please Help! On Vyvanse For 2 Months 60mg-70mg Change,

so ive been on Vyvnse for 2 months now, started at 30mg then to 50mg, then 60mg basically after 3 weksof each, 60 mg was working perfect, but I still had no patience to read longer then a few sentences. but I lied everything else it fixed. I went from sleeping 14 hours to 5 hours, can look people in the eye, remember lectures, be confident around people etc. but after a month, I thnk I got greedy, I thought 70 mg would fix my patience fr reading and fix the feeling of anxiety that people thought I was weird or awkward, it seems the more energy I gave, the better my mind can focus, the better I can speak, but 70mg after 3 days is making me a repeating record and I lfeel a crash after 5 hours, tired etc, 60 mg didnt do this and I was sleeping less. 70 mg Im sleeping 13 hours or s these past few days and medince seems to be in a 5 hour dose. so my doctor aid shes goign to send me a prescrption for 60, whiel I wait, see if the 70mg chnages over the next 3 days, I see her 2 weeks from now for a follow up. I;m affraid 60 mg will lose fffect like it was starting to and 70 seemd like a overdrive. if she chnages medicine though. and its not a stimulant, I go back to sleeping 14 hurs, not looking people in the eye, speaking clearly, start mumbling like I am tried, and of course, retaining lectures etc. anybody exsperience this?

It sounds like you may have social anxiety disorder and adhd. Anxiety has very similar affects as ADHD academically speaking such as difficulty concentrating, working in groups. I experienced issues like yours and found that the stimulant only helped to a certain degree and that I also needed something for the anxiety. In my case an SNRI was added which further helped me focus and improved my mood. Also I insist you take a lower dose of the vyvanse and stick at that dose 5hrs of sleep a night means too high of a dose and risk of amphetamine addiction.
