Please Help Me With Panic Attacks On 180mg Methadone

I am having anxiety attacks 1 or more a day. Used to take klonipin but since I am on a methadone clinic I can't use that. I've tried visteral, clonidine, busbar, antidepressants, ect. What meds could I try?? I am on 180mgs methadone and getting withdrawals every am b4 I dose. Does gabapentin work for anxiety? Need help or I am gonna lose it!!

Gabapentin does help with some mood disorders, but there's no guarantees that it will. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight gain.

Its not listed as having an problems or interactions when taken with Methadone. This medication is an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Have you tried consulting a psychiatrist? They would most likely have a better idea of what you can take that would help.
