Pink/peach Triangular (3 Sided) Pill

engraved with an 'N' on one side and 'SR 75' on the other, 3 sided (triangular) peach/pink in color.. what is this???

This is actually a Canadian tablet, it contains 75mgs of Sustained Release Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain and swelling.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
