Pink Oblong Pill With Tl519

The pill is oblong, has a slick finish on both sides with TL519 on one side of the pill. Could this be a vitamin?

This tablet is listed as being a prenatal vitamin, but it is also sometimes prescribed to treat severe deficiencies in any of the vital nutrients that it contains.

The FDA warns that it may cause nausea and constipation, as side effects.
