Pink pill oblong shape cut in half with markings of 48 on one side. Pill is oblong and pink but is cut in half and has numbers 48 on back and it's smooth on other side

Hello, Justin! How are you?

It might be an 800mg Metaxalone tablet that's manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, the full marking on it is E448.

The FDA classifies it as a muscle relaxant and lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.

There may be other possible matches, as well. I'll keep looking and post back, if I find more.

Does anyone else have any ideas of what this might be?
