Are you sure it is pink and not blue? The numbers you list and the figure on it matches up to a blue pill with the number 620. Perhaps you have the number or color wrong?

I'm not the original poster (obviously) but I am trying to id the same pills. It's definitely pink or peach colored and has an R on one side and 620 on the other side. The blue R 620 you're referring to is written on the same side. They aren't crazy. It does exist, but as of yet I have found no info.

The numbers are actually intended to be 029, the posters have been looking at one side of the tablet upside down, which is a very common mistake made when relaying pill markings. NDC code: 0228-3003

This tablet is manufactured by Actavis Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 0.5mgs of Clonazepam, a generic for Klonopin. It is a benzodiazepine that is most commonly used to treat anxiety, and nervous disorders, as well as some severe forms of insomnia.

Inactive ingredients may include:

silicon dioxide
corn starch
docusate sodium
lactose
magnesium stearate
microcrystalline cellulose
sodium benzoate
FD&C Yellow No. 6
