Pill With 273

Blue oblong pill with 273 on one side
and roy on another. It was found
in a bottle of vitamins of a different color, shApe, size, and markings.

Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Naproxen sodium (220 mg).

NOTE: the correct marking is RDY 273; not ROY
