I need a pill identified. It is a small, round, white pill with a 10 on one side and an 18 on the other. There is nothing about it on the internet and I'm having a really hard time successfully uncovering ANYTHING about it. I would really appreciate some help. May be a foreign pill perhaps? Not sure.
