small white rd tablet with 20 on one side and F/L on the other

I located the small white and round pill marked F | L 20 to be Lexapro (20 mg).

Lexapro is an antidepressant used for the treatment of major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder; other indications include social anxiety disorder, panic disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
