I was unable to find the blue pill marked A-009 5. However, based on the description provided, I located a similar yellow pill marked A-009 15 to be a 15 mg Abilify (Aripiprazole) tablet.

It is an atypical antipsychotic and antidepressant used in the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and clinical depression.
