Pill M V4

This pill is round, white, M at the top and V4 on the bottom, there is a line through the middle. I am trying to figure out what this is.

I believe it is Effexor/Venlaxafine 75 mg

He is correct - I know its Venlafaxine 75mg because I take them. Its an anti depressant that also helps with anxiety.

Debbie, what do you mean the pharmacy gave it to you? Do you mean this isn't what was prescribed, or they just gave you this generic that you aren't sure about?

This tablet contains Venlafaxine 75mgs (NDC 00378-4884).



Inactive Ingredients:

- D&c Yellow No. 10
- Lactose Monohydrate
- Magnesium Stearate
- Cellulose, Microcrystalline
- Povidones
- Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
- Sodium Starch Glycolate Type a Potato
