A round, white tablet with the marking C 73 is manufactured by Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. and they list is as containing 5mgs of Amlodipine and 20mgs of Olmesartan, sold under the trade name Azor, it is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, increased urination and hypotension.
