Watson 3203 is a pain pill 5mg hydrocodone & 325mg teynol no matter what color it is so your son could have very well been given and most likely been given these after surgery

It is basically vicoden yes it's definitely a narcotic pain killer as I'm prescribed the exact pill you decribed. Vernon has no clue what he's talking about!

I take Norco 5/375 hydrocodone & acetomenofin. They are marked Watson 3203. They are white. They are used to relieve pain.

Watson, white pill, is hydrocodone with acetaminophen in it. It comes in different strengths. I found that I am getting some pills that work and some that don't work at all. This is for chronic pain. Im very angry. I find the ones that work I break them in half and that is hard to do. They feel different and are hard. The other ones are softer and a piece of cake to break. Im going to have a talk with my doctor. I think it's coming from the pharmaceutical co. Other people have told me they have the same problem, that's why it isn't coming up in a u/a.
