This tablet is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals (Eon Labs) and it contains 1mg of Clonazepam, it is a generic for Klonopin, which is most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. (NDC 00185-0064)

The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, irritability, and headache.
