The pill in description marked PE-626 is known as Duramax; which is a combination of Dextromethorphan (45 mg) Guaifenesin (1200 mg) + Phenylephrine (25 mg).

The principal use is in the treatment of coughing and nasal congestion, but Guaifenesin alone has numerous other uses, including medical, veterinary, and personal.
