Pharex Vitamin B1 B6 B12 Beriberi
Updatedi just gave birth 8 days ago but my feet is still swolen and numb and so with my hands. is this a sign of beriberi? is it safe to take pharex b1, b6, b12 as a temporary remedy for this? since i read in an article that vitamin b1 is good for beriberi.
