Pharex Vitamin-b Complex And Pancreatitis
UpdatedIs it ok to take vitamin-b complex? I'm hoping it would ease my lower back, leg and nerve pain, but I also have recurrent pancreatitis. I'm now cautious with what I take since it might trigger a flare up. Please help.

It is just a nutritional supplement, so there shouldn't be any problem, unless your doctor has told you not to take it.
The NIH warns that it may cause nausea, as a side effect, due to its potency.
Are you on any other medications?
