Hello, Mike! Where did you find it?

I can't find a listing for this in any of the prescription drug databases that I checked, so far.

And the nature of that marking leads me to suspect that it is an over the counter product. Some of them are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
