Peach Or Yellow A 18

I found a small oblong pill with A on one side and the other is sectioned with 1 on one end and 8 on the other. Does anyone know what this is?

The pill in description is Sertraline Hcl (100 mg). Judging from a photo it is a peach color.

Sertraline is an antidepressant primarily used to treat major depression, obsessivecompulsive, panic, and social anxiety disorders.
