Pat 4 Tablets Joint Pain

Hello l did brisk walk n jogging so suddenly have knee pain since 20 days l m 33 n taking medicines pat 4 ,thiolax,rabrcid but still have pain
I dont know what should do i .
I have also back ache can u plz guide me for any exercise.

I am 56yrs. having OA in both knee with pain and swelling at knee joint and havinh pain killer medicines. can you advise (PT) EXERCISES FOR RELIEF PLEASE.
