Pantosec-d Sr Dosage Timing And Administration

I am suffering from severe stomach pain. I think it's a gastric problem so i have taken the pantosec-d sr tablet, but still the pain has not decreased. So please tell me how and when I should take the tablet (after meals or before meals) for optimum efficacy?

I am having on above stomuch since this morning before one day earlier I had a dyriea I mean five times had to toilet. So, now I am bid fine but no appetite and pain at the apper part of stomuch
