There are no studies showing the Pantoprazole is known to be dangerous, during pregnancy, but the NIH does advise that it only be taken by a pregnant woman if no other options work, or if other options are not available. The same applies to the Domperidone in Pan D, it should only be taken if your doctor feels that the benefits to you will outweigh any possible risk. Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, stomach pain, flatulence, and diarrhea.
Are you on any other medications?
