No, this is a muscle relaxant, not an analgesic, so it won't do anything to help with toothache pain.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.

Have you consulted your dentist? If you have an infection, you're going to need an antibiotic, too.
