Drugless, yes, that might be the best idea. It is perfectly normal for someone's body to adjust to the dosage of any medication that they have been taking for a long period of time and for it to be less effective. Couple that with the fact that your conditions could be worsening and it is perfectly reasonable that you would need to switch to different medications, or need a higher dosage.

Steve, as to doctors in the LA area, there are quite a few listed. I'll include some of their contact information, but I have no way of knowing what they will prescribe, if anything, or what types of insurance they accept.

Looking for a doctor in Los Angeles area who can prescribe roxy 30s. I suffer from chronic pancreatitis and have no idea where to find the meds I need. I'll gladly pay for the information email xxxxx@xxx {edited for privacy}
I live in LA and have a great relationship with my PM doctor. On 30 mg oxycodone, 100 pills/month. How did I get this? Because I didn't ask or tell my doctor how to do his job. The second you start telling a doctor what you need or ask for something specific, they're going to refer you somewhere else or not give you what you asked for since it's a clear sign of drug seeking behavior. Think about it... you're paying someone for their advice and expertise, not so they can listen to yours. The moment that happens, it shouldn't come as a surprise that you don't get what you want.
