need pain mangement doctor that prescribe medication for fibromyalgia and spinal stenois.i have doucment that states this condition that i have.

Hello, Carol! How are you? I'm sorry that you're in pain.

Unfortunately, there is no listing of doctors according to if they do or do not prescribe medications that I can refer to for you. Technically, any doctor can, if they have their license to practice medicine, but whether or not they do, is up to them. And due to the new regulations that were put in place, a general practice physician won't be able to prescribe them, you'll need to see a specialist.

Do you currently have a PCP that might be able to refer you to someone? If so, that might be the quickest and easiest way to find the help you need.

Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area?
