I'm sorry, but there are no listings of doctors according to what insurance they accept, or what they will or will not prescribe that I can refer to for you.
All doctors have to be very careful about what they prescribe, due to severe government regulations. If they don't, they could lose their license to practice medicine and most doctors have far too much time and money invested in their careers to be willing to do that.
Do you currently have a PCP that you see regularly that could refer you to someone? If so, that would most likely be the easiest way to get the help you need.
