Pain Management Doctor In Hampton Roads, Va
UpdatedI have chronic back pain. I underwent surgery in april 2015 which seemed to work until I returned to my previous place of employment. Now i am even more unsure about another surgery and just want to be referred to a good sympathetic pain management doctor. I am a self pay patient with no insurance, so the clinic must accept that. Also, I would rather keep the cost of my monthly appointments at or under $200.00, at least after my first visit. My pcp should give me a referral to wherever, but i gotta be pointed in the direction of the easiest pain management clinic in hampton roads, va.....please help...send me text {edited for privacy}
