i lost my insurane when my kids turned 18 and was seeing an orthopedic surgen to replace my knee im in so much pain that i cant sleep and can barely walk

I am in a lot of pain in9 places in my body I can't take it anymore I need help with pain management until I can have surgery can you please help me I need a doctor to really listen to me and look at me as a patient on a piece of paper
