Pain And Redness From Suboxone Injection Site

I have this weird red and grey spots on my foot and extreme pain throughout my foot as well from a subutex injection. It was very swollen for the first day or two a different started to get better then then pain just got worse and worse I can barely even walk on it. If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions please comment with any suggestions at all.

Hello, Mike! How are you doing? I'm sorry about the problem you've had.

I'd suggest having it checked out by your doctor. It sounds like you may be having a bad reaction to it, or a blockage may have developed and, if that is the case, then it needs medical attention, before the tissue goes necrotic.

The FDA classifies this medication as being an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
