No, since the lower dose is the later prescription, you likely won't be able to get that one. It's basically just going to be considered that you don't need it, since you have the other, unless the doctor specifically stipulates that it is to be used in addition to the other.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
