These are two very different medications, which treat pain in different ways.
The Oxycodone with Acetaminophen is a generic for Percocet, it is a narcotic (opiate) analgesic. Thus it does carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation and drowsiness.

But the Naproxen is just a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.
