Hello, Jeff! How are you?
Any medication has the potential to cause a fatal overdose if used improperly. This contains a narcotic, so the risks for it are slightly higher than for something more innocuous like an antibiotic, but they all do carry some risk.
Just be careful to only take it according to your doctor's instructions and don't mix it with alcohol.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
Do you have any other questions or concerns?
