Overdose Of Sleeping Pills

My relationar eat trika 0.25 mg tablet around 6 tablet is there is any denger effect for him or his life please tell me earlier

Hi Pritik! How many did the doctor prescibe? He should be taking the amount the doctor prescribed. All medications can be dangerous if taking to many or more than prescribed.

Actually Dr not prescribed him he was in problem and he didn't share with anyone than he take this action . I read somewhere that an adult man can take 1 mg tablet normally , and he take 6 tablets of 0.25 mg I just wana know it will be dangerous for him or not, I meet to him around half hour ago we was talking to me but not properly and his voice was not clear

Hi Pritik! Are you sure they are sleeping pills? I would have a talk with him. Could you get the exact name of the medication? He may not be honest with you about this.

Yes it was sleeping pill and name is trike 0.25 mg tablet and I confirmed from an doctor, he advised to admit him but he said I am Ok and no need to admit now his sleeping but all have an unknown pain n fear

Hi Pritik! If he doesn't want to be admitted or denies he has a problem, there isn't really anything you can do about it. You could tell the doctor how much he's taking and the doctor may decrease the medication or take him off. How many is is suppose to take, one at bedtime. I understand you are worried about him. Try not to get yourself to upset.

Hi Pritik! Are you talking about the medication, Trika? If you are, Trika contains the active ingredient alprazolam. Alprazolam is a benzodiazepine used to treat anxiety disorders, nervous disorders and is used to help with sleep. How many is he allowed to take a day or night? Maybe he is taking to many and that would explain his talking funny.

He could have taken 60 and been fine. I can't think of any tablets where less than ten can kill you except maybe OxyContin highest dose if you have no tolerance!

My husband, used to be a drug addict.
He was in rebilitation so many times.
Now his addicted to zolnox sleeping tabs and any pain killers that contains Codeine in it.
I fear every day for him, as he is taking like 30 at a time of each tablet.
Rehab will not help, as he was there so many times.
All I can say it's a merical that his not dead or have kidney or liver failure.
My heart goes out to you all that have the same problem.
I just want to say, rather try home remedies, and not prescription drugs.
Please...just a concern reader on this page.
