Too much of anything is dangerous and if you are afraid that someone may be in danger, you should always contact a doctor or your nearest emergency treatment center immediately.

This is a form of Vitamin B12 and yes, even though it is a vitamin, taking too much of it can have serious consequences.

These could manifest as: diarrhea, hives, skin rash, trouble breathing and heart palpitations.

In many cases, they will disappear as the medication is processed out of the body and there are no serious, long-term effects.

However, if you see any signs of these lasting for a prolonged period of time or any unusual behavior, then they need medical attention.
