This is just a form of Vitamin B6, so no, it's not going to really do anything for an ovarian cyst.

They are usually caused by a hormonal imbalance, which is why they may disappear when a woman takes hormonal contraceptives, or becomes pregnant.

Have you had an ultrasound to confirm that you have a cyst?
