Oval White Pill With I 10 On One Side

I found a white, large, oblong pill with I 10 on one side and blank on the other. Could you please tell me what this might be?

This tablet is manufactured by Granules India and they list it as containing 800mgs of Ibuprofen, which is used to treat, pain, swelling and fever.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding.
