Not sure if I'm reading the numbers stamped on the pill correctly but I've tried every other number search to no avail.

I think the marking you are looking at may actually be BI BI 84 84, it is manufactured by Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals and they list it as being a .025 Mirapex tablet, which contains the active ingredient Pramipexole, which is most commonly used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, trouble sleeping, anxiety, and loss of bladder control.
