It has a V 15 on one side and nothing on the other. Bluish green, oblong. Thanks

This has been posted about quite a few times recently.

Someone has identified it as possibly being Tylenol or Tylenol PM, a generic or store brand, but I have been unable to confirm this.

Does anyone else know anything about this one?
