Is it the yellowish beige tablet with the IG 283 on it?

That tablet is manufactured by InvaGen Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Cyclobenzaprine, which is a muscle relaxant. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.

They can be taken together, as long as your doctor approves, but they both can increase sedation, so you may experience more dizziness and drowsiness than normal.
