Cephalon appears to be the name of the manufacturer, not the medication. They make an orange 15 mg capsule with the markings ECR 15 on them. You can view a picture here. This is Amrix 15 mg, which contains Cyclobenzaprine and is used as a muscle relaxant. You can read more about this on the page for Amrix Details.
