Hi connie,
Sorry to hear about what you're having to go through. Judging from your description it does sound to me like your experiencing what may be considered withdrawal symptoms (i.e. various physical and mental challenges such as restlessness, anxiety, mood changes, joint pain, etc.. just to name a few).
I personally haven't heard of anyone going through withdrawals off of Opana that's only been used on two occasions, however, depending on how long you've been on Butrans for and whether or not you're still taking it, my thoughts are that some symptoms might also be related to side effects as well. But these are things that I would encourage you to talk with your doctor about if you feel that further tapering is necessary before coming off completely.
Does anyone else had advice to share from personal experience?
