Are there any web-based doctors that can write prescriptions legally for oxycodone. I failed 1 out of a million drug panels that were given to me by pain management & I was self paying due to no insurance & waiting on a disability hearing so until I receive SSI disability I cant receive help from medicaid & I'm living off a workers comp settlement plus help from family because I can't work. I understand that it was a pretty big screw up especially now that I can't find an understanding doctor who believes in second chances & has a heart when it comes to his patients & I normally take 90 20mg oxycodone, 60 60mg m.s. contin, & one to one & a half 800 mg ibuprofen daily & can't take extra tylenol due to a tumor attached to my liver causing it to be enlarged & inflamed & have to be careful what I take & I was severely depressed to the point I didn't care to live because I caught the mother of my child cheating & I hurt so bad I took a pill to pick me up before I done anything dumb & leave my 2 wonderful children fatherless. I could go on & on especially about my pain but I'm sure folks are tired of reading by now but I just need to know what to do. I need my pain meds before I slip into another major depression. I'll got ahead & tell you the reason I'm in pain so please excuse the long message. I just want folks to realize what real pain is & to know that it's rediculous for the average person with no real pain causing issues happening to them & all the drug addicts are only making things bad for people who are really in need of pain meds so please don't be such candy assed weak drug addicts & take yall some alive & get yourselves addicted to chocolate. My pain started in the year 2000 when doctors found a softball sized tumor attached to me liver & stomach & other internal organs & cut me from chest to croch to remove it & took my insides & put beside me on operating table to get it out & I for most part bounced back from that & then in 2004 I was in a head on collision & was pronounced dead at the scene with my neck broke in 2 places along with bad head injury & other major injuries as well & was able to bounce back from that because I had motivation & will power & didn't want high strength pain meds that was only going to make me drowsy.

So I pushed myself & exercised & went through a bounce of therapy & got back into shape & was a long shore man at the GA Ports Authority & I had a 4500lb generator with 100 gallons of fuel added to it throw me from a ladder 16ft in the air & landed face first on the asphalt giving me even more of a head injury & brain damage & broke my face all to pieces & shattered my elbow & cut my knee from 1 side of my leg to the other putting a hole big enough to put your whole fist in & exposing my bone & the major damage was caused by that generator almost severing my spine & had to have immediate surgery to fuse my spine together & now I have rods screws replaced disc & a machine in my back along with permanent major nerve damage pretty much from head to toe & that cotastrophy pretty much done me in & now from all the head trauma I've received I now have bipolar along with chronic pain & nerve damage & I could go on & on but I think folks gets the hint. If you really don't need narcotics get off of them & wipe the candy off your asses. Try going through the wreck alone without pain meds like I did & toughen up. To much oxycodone after using it long periods of time will also weeken your body & you'll hurt worse if you ever do actually get hurt. Laws are made to protect us so quit abusing drugs & grow a pair guys & gals yall need to get tougher also & think more of yourself & quit doing drugs. OK now all that was said I'll go back to my original question...is there any doctors online that can legally prescribe meds if I give them all me records. I don't want anything higher than 15mg oxycodone 5 × a day. I can make myself function with limitations on that regimen & don't need or want to get messed up all day everyday. I have kids who needs me to try functioning on some days even though they understand I can't hardly walk but still am head strong & try making efforts & I actually need pain meds & my machine that's in my back & my Cain & heat & ice. I need some bodies help & I want lie to them I'll tell them my situation & pray there understanding enough to atleast give me a second chance. If not for me do it for my kids that wants to play with daddy & needs him to half way function without snapping their heads off.

Hello, Mike! How are you? I'm very sorry about the situation you're in.

Unfortunately no, it would be illegal for a doctor to prescribe a controlled substance in such a manner. The laws require that the patient be evaluated regularly, in person, in order for such medications to be prescribed.

The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Do you currently have a PCP that might be able to refer you to a new pain management specialist? That might help get them to take you on as a patient.

Does anyone else have any suggestions?
